Tips: Ice cream scopes were make by punching a scallop then punching the top of scallop of with circle punch. Then I shaded the edges with chalk/pastels. To fray the ribbon, you need to find the string on the side and pull it out...I've started the ribbon in the kit for you.

Glitter Window

Very easy and fun card. I used the Scallops punch to punch the scallops then I used the Snow Blossom punch to punch out the middle of the scallop. Then use packing tape to cover the snow blossom punch out. Apply Dazzling Diamond Glitter and embellish. It's that easy!
